Sephora UK has announced its new charity partnership with Not A Phase, a leading trans-led charity committed to uplifting and supporting trans+ adults. The collaboration aims to bring real and tangible change to the trans+ community and initiatives are set to be announced soon. 

Not A Phase works to improve the lives of trans+ adults through awareness campaigns, social programs and advocacy efforts.  

The charity has launched various projects including the Misfits free fitness and self-defence classes, Trans+ Connect online peer support groups and comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion training.  

The collaboration underscores the brand’s ongoing commitment to championing inclusivity, celebrating diversity and amplifying LGBTQ+ voices. It will run alongside Sephora UK’s ongoing collaboration with Face Equality International, which supports and represents people with facial differences and disfigurements.
